Normally this subway does well. But today I placed a mobile order with a pick-up time for 11:25 am. I arrive at that time and... find the sandwiches still being made. It was an additional 10 mins from the designated time that I received my order. Later Idiscovered my order didn't have the sandwiches marked nor were napkins provided. Another great subway with managers that actually care! The employees are always in a good mood and the manager does a good job.
Absolutely worst service. Extremely slow. I walked out after waiting for 10 minutes and went to the am/pm store nearby. I was... 2nd in line for 10 minutes but the line never moved. About 3 staff were making some big order so slowly and didn't care aboutthe actual people waiting in the store. You think they would give priority to people in the store. I was always pleased with your sandwiches!! But this place just killed all the existing impressions. The sandwich is cold, I... asked for three sauces, it seems that they didn?t add it at all. Some kind of dry sandwich! I asked for a large one to be cut inhalf and packed separately, they refused! It's like two small ones?! It was a pity for the paper .... Gave me the complete wrong order. Called spoke to brian he said i have to chose between the correct order or a refund. :/ Paid... $24bucks for a sandwhich and chips. A very enjoyable Subway! They have the corner spot so it's a lovely, sunny interior because of all the windows (but there are... shades that can be lowered). There are plenty of tables and chairs. The employees were very nice - they worked quickly and mysandwich looked great when they finished (not sloppy or falling apart). Read more
Breakfast deal $5.99 ? I try to order 2 breakfast deals for 5.99, when he asked me what you want to drink and my choice was... juice. Sadly he asked me to pay more than $17, when I explained him that that is combo sandwich + cofe or JUICE ( AND SHOWED HIMSINCE FOR THAT ) , he said sorry computer charges all separately, so is more $17,80 when i asked him can i get this what i orderhe said ?
