I just want to say that the person working today Ana did not help me when it was my turn. I was going to place a Catering order... and she asked me to wait so she can help two customers that were behind me. I, being on my lunch break could not wait for herany longer since I had already been waiting for 30 minutes. Two people also left due to the long wait. I called to make a platter order, the lady who answered the phone was nice but did not have the information I needed, she said... she would talk to the manager and call me back but never did. I ended up calling another subway and they took my order rightway! $100 of profit for them. Read more
Every time I go in around dinner time, they only have one person working and I feel terrible for her. It takes soooooo long to... get a few sandwiches and meanwhile the line behind you keeps getting longer. Shame on the owner for not staffing it right! Read more
I used to come here often with my friend..and it been a while since I've gone...and the worker that helped me had no idea what... goes in the sandwich. She had to look at the display of what supposed to go in the sandwich. That was unprofessional. Alsobefore she took my order I sat on the chair waiting for my friend cuz he was talking with someone. And the first thing she saysto me was "are you gonna order?" Like...um...yeah..but obviously i was waiting for someone..otherwise I would've gone up to thecounter if I was ready to order. The place is convenient for me near home, but something is seriously going wrong with management lately. The last two times I... was there, once they had ran out of bread -- their oven was not working - and the other one they could not warm the chicken,their smaller oven was out of order. The employee seemed really embarrassed and tried to help as best as she could, but it wasclear that she was having to put up with some....., let's call it, very unpleasant circumstances around her. Good food and okay prices. The employees are helpful and kind with you. They are extremely patient helping me out with my food.... They make great suggestions on what is good and what they could recommend as a meal. I would recommend anybody to come check itout for themselves. Read more
The hiring practice here is bad. The kids that get the job do the work half-heartedly and very unwelcoming. I went in for my... lunch and the person attending me never asked me for my order just staring at till I told him what I was going to order.
