This is a very good Subway restaurant. Have you ever been to a Subway restaurant before? This is just like that. I often order... ahead from this restaurant (via the okay but clunky Subway app) and when I get there to pick it up, the sandwich is alreadyready. Then the friendly person behind the counter hands me my food and I leave. Later, when I eat the sandwich, it tastes justthe way I expect it to: Like a Subway sandwich. Sometimes I also get chocolate chip cookies here and they are excellent. Likereally excellent chocolate chip cookies. Honestly this is probably the smoothest relationship in my life right now. Lady at the counter was very rude today morning when I asked her to pack the sub separately she responded rudely saying that I... need to say before, but I was saying while she was packing, absolutely no etiquette of speaking to customers. I have been going there for years,Staff is friendly and attentive they actually pay attention to what you ask for. I've only had... 1or 2 soso moments there when new staff was training but you gotta learn sometime..right. All in all they do it right some staffeven knows what I order and remember I don't like toasted sandwiches unless it's meatball or chicken. Read more
Staff annoyed when they have to work, dead looks on their faces. A child could do better than the way they prepare the subs... there, what a mess! One of the worst Subways I've been to. There is mold and rust right next to the ingredient containers, couldeasily fall in the food!! I had to force myself to eat to not waste my sandwich but I honestly wanted to throw is away. Update: Took another star off when i sat here tonight and watched the staff let homeless come in and steal chips, then handed... him cookies when he demanded them.. Like, tf? Seem kinda lazy, and these subs are not as good as they make them at otherlocations. However the store is kept clean. There is no public bathroom..... Read more
It's a subway. Not much to say. I would only eat at subway if I was on the in the middle of nowhere. Then it might be a good... option. The only good thing about this one is it's 24 hrs. But in Hollywood there are much better options, even at 4am. Read more
