This location closes early, most Starbucks are open until 10 pm. I waited a long time for one drink. It?s very full and I can?t... wait over twenty minutes when I have class. The prices are the same as going into any Starbucks. The workers seem they rather besomewhere else. Read more

Went with my in-laws. Honestly, every drink and name was wrong. The music was too loud to hear anyone, the poor new guy didn't... know what to do or how to do it and the manager refused to help. It was a terrible sight, but worse was watching all hisco-workers refuse to help too. All in all, a terrible experience. Even for my fiance, who worked st a different Starbucks wasappalled. Update(1/31/2019): Still the worst Starbucks in existence. I talked to the lady who?s in charge of this location and she blamed... the long lines on the students and their complicated(custom) drinks, rather than recognizing that this location is understaffedand too small to deal with the larger student body (about 30,000 students). It?s only 8:30 AM and the line is to the door andonly one register is open. Mobile ordering is also not offered here, yet the El Pollo Loco here can and the university clubtakes online orders. ??- How does this Starbucks have a 3.8? That's totally BS. This has to be the absolute worse Starbucks I'veever been to. Things to note... They add tax on top of the regular Starbucks prices. No B-day drinks for members or unlimitedrefills. There Starbucks card reader has been down for over a week now so no gift cards or app (this has happened severaltimes). The employees know nothing about their products but love to chat about there personal lives with one another when theline is out the door. The worse part is you can't complain to anyone bc it's owned by Barnes and Noble. Read more
