Opens early with super friendly staff.
It?d give zero if I could. I went there yesterday 3/18/22 at 7:30pm after realizing that I forgot my iphone charger inside.... The doors were locked as the place was closed at that time. But all the staff were still there, cleaning the place. They saw mebut ignored me for 15 mins, refusing to talk to me, laughing among themselves for some reason as I tried to talked them. I triedto tell them that I was not gonna order anything, but they kept ignoring me and making jokes among themselves instead of talkingto me. After awkwardly ignoring me for 15 mins, one of them finally agreed to give me my charger. I do not mind waiting, butbeing ignored like that was disturbingly impolite. I have been studying there for more than a year almost on a daily basis, butI will not go there anymore after being treated like that. Show some basic human decency next time when someone tries to talkto you. Read more

If I could give zero stars I would. So I went to get a drink just like everyone, however, when it came to get my drink I waited... for more than 10 min and still no drink. Ask barista Liz if my drink would be available anytime soon since everyone afterplacing my order had gotten theirs. In a negative manner she asked for my receipt and I had told her the cashier didn?t give meor bother to ask me if I wanted my receipt. She seem hesitant to give my drink but ended up doing in such a bad mood. she gaveme a cold drink instead of my original order which was a warm drink. I just felt she didn?t have the best customer service, whenall I was asking for was the drink that I paid for. It?s not that hard. Get it together. Maybe the store manager should considerchanging her attitude or hiring a new employee. However I don?t recommend this place based on how I was badly treated. Read more
Very fast-paced cafe-style (no drive thru) Starbucks. Interior is clean, well lit and SBUX obviously spent some serious chedda... decorating this particular location! Track lighting, lots of blonde wood, open space, modern art, and attention to detail. Iarrived at 11:00 a.m. on a Monday morning and counted 8 employees on shift, definitely ready for the rush.
