It's a real shame that this location has gone so far downhill since about 2018, but that's LA and Vermont Ave. Just read the... complaining comments here: this place is a lighthouse beacon to strange people with strange demands. The bizarre hours (closingat 6pm, 2pm on Saturdays, and never open on Sunday) are a result of so few workers willing to deal with the continual stream ofcreeps and crazies. Don't even think of going into the washroom. Meanwhile the apartment building above this freakshow rentsone-bedrooms for $2800/mth: welcome to Los Angeles. It's going to get even worse. Read more

I had several problems on several occasions with a quality of drinks and service at this location. This time I ordered... strawberry açaí refresher size Venti with light ice and no lemonade. I got a refresher that was ?easy? not only on ice butvery ?easy? on strawberries too. I got about 3-4 halves of a slice of a strawberry and 2 more very small bits. Together allthose pieces wouldn?t make even a half of a strawberry. At any other locations I order I usually get at least twice the amountof strawberries. This location always ?very cheap?.
