Thought I would get me a tea from Starbucks and I?ve never felt this bad since I?ve been sick. The 2 black girls working seem as... though they didn?t want to be there she throws my danish on the counter Before I could get to it didn?t call out my name so itjust sat there. They discussed what was put in my drink and now my chest feels like I was hit in it. I?ve gotten this medicineball tea several times and I?ve never felt like this. I hope instead of shutting them down get rid of workers who can handlechange, difficulty or even coming to work. I didn?t bring my attitude to your establishment so please don?t take it out on myorder. Not to mention my daughters pink drinks were sour. Read more

Rude cashier wouldn?t let me finish me order shouted for me to give him a name. Very impatient staff. I only ordered 1 drink out... of the 4 items I was planning on buying. Never coming to this Starbucks again. Poor customer service. Read more

Saw a fly in the food case once, turned me away from ever getting food here. Drinks were okay could be better. For only 2 people... working service time is pretty quick. Read more

Staff experience varies. Three of four experiences have been wonderful with staff hearing and responding exactly on point. A... single employee interaction resulted in a mistake regarding the coffee I ordered, after correcting and restating the correctorder type. Read more

They really need a better way of having the workers work together. There were two people working but only one of them was doing... EVERYTHING and it made the line grow! And what could of took two minutes just to get your order toon over 10 min. I felt reallybad for the female worker who had to do everything while her female colleague ignores the growing line and continues to do herclosing tasks. Shame on management for not training their employees on priority of providing good hospitality within thebusiness. Read more

Unfriendly baristas. Don?t even greet you, whoever is training these people really need to really dig deep because this customer... service job is what it is all about. They don?t listen to what you want and don?t bother writing it all down. They are sofocused on getting everyone out of there as quickly as possible. If customer service isn?t for you, then look for a differentjob that doesn?t require customer interaction. Even when I got my drink I said thank you, and they say nothing back just a blankstare. This is not the Starbucks way. If you don?t like it they fake it til you make it baby. Read more
