Friendly staff but irresponsible management. I ordered a Short, black coffee and instead I was charged for a Tall and handed a... Grande (??). When I pointed this out the manager said "The cashier is new and English isn't her first language". It's forcertain new hires make mistakes, but if you can't tell the difference between sizes that's a big problem. Also, speaking &understanding English is fundamental to being a cashier. He refused me service and claimed he couldn't print out a voidedtransaction despite being surrounded by receipts. I had to press for a refund which he issued AND printed. Flimsy excuses don'thelp the situation and, in fact, they just escalate tension. He didn't help anyone by lying to me and in front of his staff. Ireported this to Starbucks customer service. It?s a very busy Starbucks caffe during certain hours, nonetheless, it?s quite cozy and yet comfortable to relax and study. The... spacing on the round tables and seats are kind of small and you have to squeeze in a little bit, but if you?re a big person thengood luck with that. Customer service is great. The electrical outlets are also convenient. Overall, 5 stars since it saved mefrom dead batteries yesterday. I can?t comment on their restroom as I?ve never used it. Read more
Apparently the guy who took my order is new and he got my order wrong. Instead of giving me tea he gave me coffee. Also other... issues with my order but that was the main thing. The assumtive manager apologized and was a bit curt & cranky but i guessthats how the rolll in LA. Read more
It is really busy on rush hour but even like that employees are really efficient, l Always have a problem how they make my latte... without foam because when take out the foam the coffee it's gone with it, but here they make it right holding the foam with thespoon when they pour the milk on the cup and it's perfect plus when l order on line usually it's ready at the time it's promised Read more
