Friendly staff but irresponsible management. I ordered a Short, black coffee and instead I was charged for a Tall and handed a... Grande (??). When I pointed this out the manager said "The cashier is new and English isn't her first language". It's forcertain new hires make mistakes, but if you can't tell the difference between sizes that's a big problem. Also, speaking &understanding English is fundamental to being a cashier. He refused me service and claimed he couldn't print out a voidedtransaction despite being surrounded by receipts. I had to press for a refund which he issued AND printed. Flimsy excuses don'thelp the situation and, in fact, they just escalate tension. He didn't help anyone by lying to me and in front of his staff. Ireported this to Starbucks customer service.
