They were awesome. Have the new "say no to solicitors " rule. I sat out back by the entrance with my sign and a batista came out... right away with a free coffee. Easiest way to get me to leave lol. Read more
Manager John denied me my order of 17 dollars all due to me not being in a vehicle. I've come to this Starbucks SEVERAL times... and know me by face. I was right in front of the window and all theu could have done was give me my order. Hours clearly statethey're open til 10:30pm and no lounge hours specified, this is a HUGE miscommunication error. I'm taking this with HR and alllevels possible so there is serious correction for this, don't give your business to this Starbucks, they'll steal your money ifyou're on the move. I love this Starbucks. I have never seen such a out doorsy Starbucks. It cater mostly to drive thru. If you have to walk in, the... parking is hurrible. BUT if you have the chance to walk in. You will enjoy the area and how open it is. I know for sure, on avery hot day they are super busy. I will give this store a 10/10. The drinks from this location tend to be about two notches down in quality from other locations. And they were 7 min late with... my mobile order because they had "a lot of mobile orders." However, the whole time I was waiting, no other mobile orders wereplaced in the window. I live right near here and still avoid this location of possible. Read more
The drinks are fine but this place is a nightmare to get in and out of. A lengthy explanation follows The exit is to the left of... the white car in the picture, the white car is entering the driveway. So not only do you have to cross in front of enteringcars, you can't exit if the line is long because it blocks the exit. There are 2 parking spaces and if you get in you won't getout. I'm rating this a drive thru location only, if you want to go inside park across the street. Sorry for the long post butif I showed up pressed for time and saw this I'd be upset. Read more
Love the staff so informative and friendly!!! The location is what I dont like because the drive thru is so small that when it... loops around you will definitely get stuck if you're parked in the parking lot (which they rarely have enough parking spots).Love the outdoor vibe they got going on tho!
