Manager John denied me my order of 17 dollars all due to me not being in a vehicle. I've come to this Starbucks SEVERAL times... and know me by face. I was right in front of the window and all theu could have done was give me my order. Hours clearly statethey're open til 10:30pm and no lounge hours specified, this is a HUGE miscommunication error. I'm taking this with HR and alllevels possible so there is serious correction for this, don't give your business to this Starbucks, they'll steal your money ifyou're on the move. I love this Starbucks. I have never seen such a out doorsy Starbucks. It cater mostly to drive thru. If you have to walk in, the... parking is hurrible. BUT if you have the chance to walk in. You will enjoy the area and how open it is. I know for sure, on avery hot day they are super busy. I will give this store a 10/10.
