Terrible costumer service? it?s been several times that I?ve passed by this location while doing groceries and always is... something up: ?They are out of items ?The register machine is not working so they can?t take orders ?It?s closed, 4 pm, 12 pm,2:00 pm and it?s closed? I don?t think so And the worst thing is apparently is not closed for everyone because after I seepeople getting service? I?m not lying has been multiple times I have been told that the store is closed ? come back in 30minutes? or things like that? This location needs to be fix TBH. Read more

Horrible customer service. This morning ... the cashier was rude... she should know that people are getting coffee in the... morning and going to work we have time frame. This woman just ignored that people were in line to get coffee while she continuedto have conversations with the two ladies in front us for awhile. I finally had to say excuse me but I am running late. Then thetwo ladies looked at me and apologized for causing the traffic however the cashier called me rude for braking theirconversation. This woman should have known that she's there to assist customers especially on a rush hour not to haveconversations with people. I was so hungry this morning. My treat was going to be a Chick-Fil-A breakfast bowl, but they aren't serving breakfast due to a... change of hours because of COVID-19. I didn't know what I wanted or what was open, but I knew I wanted breakfast. As I wasdriving I saw Starbucks and decided to drive-through. Pink Drink, and I always Tell Them Easy ice cuz I Don't Like Too Much ice, Not To Mention if it's Filled with ice, you Take OneBig Gulp and it's almost Gone, So That's why it's always Best To Say Light ice when Getting That Drink, or any Cold Drinks inThat Matter...? I don't go to Starbucks often but when I do I usually have a good experience this one was Mediocre there was a little dark in... that Starbucks there was only 2 workers workingThere was A-line I was next and the young lady Derek knowledge me and say shewould be right with me. There was a spill at 1 of the coffee stations so the young lady was trying to clean that up before shewaited on me, then a supervisor came out to help she was OK, friendly enough. She took my order, banana nut loaf and a hotchocolate and that was $7.50. So I got my hot chocolate once in the car I took a sip of my hot chocolate it was horrible, toowatery not enough chocolate. Once home I had to add more chocolate and a little bit of Splenda and it was better. Next timemaybe I will ask for extra chocolate. Read more
