Wow! This is probably the worst Starbucks I?ve ever been to. Whoever was ?in charge? today T around 7ish am from the baristas... she was super RUDE. I?m usually very shy and soft spoken so I hate returning/asking for things. But today they gave me the wrongdrink so I politely told the barista and she looked at me and walked away. I then felt so embarrassed and stopped talking, shethen came back and said ?I was listening?I get it, working early shifts can be tough specially during rush hour, and I was notupset the drink was not what I asked but what was upsetting is how she treated me. Very unkindly, as customers I know your notrequired to be super bubbly nor friendly but just basic human decency. After she came back and I finished telling her, shefinally gave me my drink after she made 5 others. I do feel like she purposely made me wait. Any-who, perhaps she was having abad day but based on the reviews of this locations sounds like a lot of folks need to find another job. Read more

Karla the shift lead had horrible customer service. I was waiting on line to order my usual almond milk latte. When it was my... turn everyone continued to do their business with no hesitation no one greeted me nor did they say good morning or anything. Iam used to women being rude to me. It?s what goes with being a pretty girl. So I go up next to be waited on and Karla waslike ? your order? I told her my order She then said ? that?s it? I was so confused as to why she continued to give meattitude and she then told me she was just focused when I asked her what her problem was. I then asked for her name and themanager to let them know how rude and short they were tome but to everyone else they where very nice. I felt very disrespectedI?m calling corporate office to let them know how they treat people here. That?s not okay.
