The cashier was pleasant, but the baristas were really rude. My drink should?ve had 4 shots of espresso for a venti but I?m... lucky if they gave me one full shot. I kindly asked for an extra shot, if not the standard amount and two baristas (a male andfemale) gave me major attitude about it. This was the best starbucks I've ever been to. The service was fast and the store was clean. The best part was watching how the... team worked together and how much they cared for each other. A team member was leaving and making sure everyone had everythingunder control. As she was leaving she said "I love you guys"! The vibe was beautiful!!! Read more

I ordered iced lattes with whole milk. They gave me iced soy vanilla. I didn't notice until i'd walked several blocks home,... carrying the drinks. My wife is allergic to soy and I don't like it. The place was slow when I walked in. There was a lot ofstaff chatting with each other and not working, and a delay ordering and then a delay getting what I didn't order. TERRIBLE Read more

My husband and I live all the by LAX now and have 3 Starbucks very close to us, we would rather come to this Starbucks then any... other one. We've been coming to this Starbucks for over 2 years now and have always been treated amazing! Everyone knows ournames and they always have our order either ready or at least getting it ready by the time they see us walking in the door! I took my kids over to Starbucks to try their seasonal offering: the zombie Frappuccino. They were very sweet to me and made... them for me very quickly. They also gave me a cup of ice water for my dog. I really enjoy this location and have never had aproblem. Read more
