The manager, Christine, is extremely rude and she violates customer?s rights by refusing to let them use the word ?Union? on... their order names. This is a violation of the first amendment and she should be fired. Read more

The people who work at this starbucks are very rude and very unacomadating to say the least. Every day if not twice a day I go... to this establishment and get two large Carmel ribbon crunch frappuccinos. We get them them, or try to get them double blendedwith extra Carmel throughout extra crunch throughout and extra bvb whip cream. The last few days they have absolutely ruined mydrinks intentionally. Take a look at what I get when I asked for a remake of my drinks. They gave me three cups with the mixingsto make it on my own the second time I went back due to the excessive amount of Carmel they dumped into my dri k the first timeI asked to have it fixed. This is probably my least favorite Starbucks location. There are no outlets here to work, even though there are so many tables.... Additionally, they added whipped cream without asking, coffees were so hot my tongue needs a skin graph and the whipped creamwas overflowing the lid and was filthy. They didn?t even call our name to say the drinks were ready. The chai latte was not toosweet, so that was a plus. Staff here was very friendly. Read more

I come here whenever I go see my physician down the street and boy do they get it right! Always with the smiles and... reccomendations. I had banana nut bread last week and they heated it up to just the right temp despite blazing hot weatheroutside. Definitely leave with a smile every time!
