I had to wait over 10 minutes for a pumpkin loaf. Would have been a longer wait if I didn?t ask for it. This is the first time... from Starbucks that I got a hot chocolate and it was basically hot water. I ordered 2 Lemonades and was charged for 3. When I asked for a refund they weren't able or willing to pay of. They said they... would call the manager, but after waiting an hour and asking a couple of times, I was told that the manager wouldn't be able tomake it in less than two hours.
