Located in little Tokyo and I?m assuming that they only like Asian or men here ans the Only good ans genuinely nice and... outstanding employee was a young man named Julio. Back story: I?m at union station freezing, have 3 heavy bags and even though Icould save major dents in my trip costs I still buy 2 items while I?m actually carrying a 3500 LV bag S well so the rude womenclearly clicky and whispering about me for what? To be catty and biased and make me want to wait in the pouring rain or gauge myeyes out at how akward the rude comments are. I?m a paying customer so I decided to stand in rhe 10 perso line of homelesspeople and change/ add a layer of clothing to myself to head out and get far away from theee lmean girl Starbucks employees. 7minutes there?s a knock at the door and I?m shocked. I reply be right out and as I?m struggling to open the door, she gives methe death stare and tells me I?m not allowed to add a long sleeve shirt Under my flannel and still i then buy another pastry dueto the simple fact that I was about to tip (Julio was the only one who deserved any praise at all yet stupid me I do it anyway )she complains irritated and then I get whispered about until I leave At closing. WORST EXPERIENCE EVER, this young man shouldbe managing the rude women barking orders at him and doing NOTHING BUT MAKING PEOPLE LIKE ME want to never come back here it wasawful and mean. I found it very helpful that this location opens early. I was in need of caffeine this morning and was able to get what I... needed. Fast and friendly service and a nice scenery as well. Horrible expired I let them know I was there for an Uber eats order they then told me to wait on the pick up side I waited for... about 10 to 15 minutes so then I ordered a strawberry açai lemonade when I got my salvia said lemonade it wasn?t even lemonadeit tasted so watery then after 20 minutes away from my Uber eats pick up order didn?t tell me that I was in the wrong locationthat they don?t do Uber eats Read more
Nice Starbucks with friendly staff. Lot?s of seating outdoors to take advantage of with a great view of downtown or in the shade... on a hot day. If you?re coming here you probably already know parking is tough. I recommend taking the angels flight train toget there Read more
This Starbucks is great for rush coffee or breakfast quick bites. The barista was friendly and patient. The only drawback back... was limited seating and also gets very crowded in the AM. They need a third and fourth register. Read more
I've never felt compelled to write a review for a Starbucks, but the two female employees (I didn't get their names) I talked to... when I went in to order were so patient and nice that I wanted to praise them! As for the sitting area, it was spacious but whenI got there at about 4-5pm, it was crowded with people studying/doing work.
