Took 15 minutes to process an order of one item to be heated, despite almost no line. No apology from management of the delay.... Hire more people, or at least give customers a heads-up of a delay. Read more

Tried their honey almond milk flat white and it was on point. This spot is pretty busy and I recommend the preorder and walk... over method. Unless you like to hang out in store and people watch as you wait for your drink. Either way, it?s a great DTLAspot. Read more

Workers had to remake my tea twice, but even that didn?t work out. Used to be my favourite starbucks tho. Sucks now
