So I got there at 5:16 pm I ordered 2 white toasted hot chocolates and one white chocolate mocha as I?m driving back headed... towards Washington and la brea, I try my grande toasted white chocolate it was mocha coffee. I can not have caffeine I?mcurrently pregnant so I try all the warm drinks and there all white mocha coffee. I drive back even though there?s hella trafficand the register girl who ringed up my order was being really rude !trying to be smart and the night shift we?re debating insidethrough the window whether they were gonna replace my drink. I would understand if I said my order wrong but I asked her forthe receipt because she was giving me a hard time and she got the order wrong again this is unacceptable i wasted my time and mymoney !!! As u can see my receipt this very unacceptable I shouldn?t have to feel stressed about fighting or arguing with aStarbucks worker !!! I hope I get the manager to reply back because it was distasteful and disrespectful. I even had to secondguess if I should of gone back a second time again for a new order ! Why did you?re night shift staff felt so entitled whetherthey were gonna replace my drinks or not it?s was there mistake. And I did not drive back with intention to give them a hardtime . I came in to sit down for a cup of coffee with some friends and the music was so loud. I asked the woman at the front counter to... turn the music down politely. She said she couldn?t, it needed to be this loud for the entire place and I quote ?this isn?t anoffice, it?s to pick up coffee and go?. Great, why do you have tables and chairs for people to sit in? Then to add to thecomplete unprofessionalism, we popped our heads into the conference room that is available to customer to use just to look at itand see, she then proceeded to walk out and lock the door. Honestly, this was some of the worst behavior and treatment I haveever seen. I don?t know what she is thinking or who she thinks she is but I will never be back to this location. Read more
Status-Que?except? There?s is a Large sitting area where you can sit talk, or study - AND - something I?ve NEVER seen in a... coffee shop - a Board-room type large table, set apart from the main area behind glass wall; and a display mounted on the wall. I?m not kidding. You could literally use this location for any hotel-like business meeting or study group! A first for Me?.Which earned this location A Full 5 Stars?. Read more
Very specious starbucks with a meeting room and couches and drive through
The drive-thru for this location is pretty easy to get in and out of. The staff are great whether it is through the drive-thru... or inside this location. I've come here a couple of times and have used the drive-thru. It can take a little bit longer thanwalking inside, but hey it's the price of convenience. If you're familiar with Starbucks, this one will be great for you to stopby and grab your beverage or pastry of choice. Just don't be that car that decides to wait and make a left hand turn southboundon La Brea. Read more
One thing that stands out is it's size. This Starbucks is spacious and even with smoke seating doesn't feel cramped. Everything... is standard Starbucks. The chocolate croissant, which I love and which Starbucks makes a decent (far from the best) version of, when warmed in that complicated oven of theirs, comes out...., Heavenly.
