Love how conveniently close it is to my job so mobile ordering comes in clutch. The only downside is sometimes the order is not... made correct and there?s no consistency. It?s a gamble every time the drinks are made. Got a food item and didn?t look the bestand was missing the side. I wouldn?t mind waiting longer for my order if that?s what it needs to be made perfect. Griz is a sweetheart, and friendly. Nowadays coffee places get so over packed that we lose the kind of experiences where we find... ordering coffee fun and stress free. Based off the reviews I can see this place seems to get hit with alot of orders and tendsto lack those experiences. But whatever Griz is doing is definitely in the right direction. I spent the weekend staying at LA Live and used this Starbucks every morning. I order a fairly simple drink, "Double Espresso",... but over the 3 days I used this location, this drink took no less than 10 minutes, and as much as 18 minutes to receive mydrink. As the store was not particularly busy with guests (about 5 of us in house), the issue was clearly caused by theapparent focus on making drinks for app/take out orders. I took a photo of the counter, and there were no less than 16 drinksand pastries waiting to be picked up while I waited for my drink which could've been made with a literal press of a button. I'dlike to ask the managers of this location to perhaps also give some respect to those of us who are in the store. Read more
