Runs out of product constantly, lies and serves drinks you didn't order when they run out of ingredients, slow, and service is... lacking. You'll have 6 people behind the counter but nobody will help, or even look at you. Headphones in the ear, plopped outonto the counter, serve drinks and food, no handwashing, airpod back into ear. I don't typically like coming here because one they make customers feel like a burden for wanting to sit down and have you... coffee and they really seem to prefer having no walk in patrons. They also suck when placing mobile orders or uber eats. TheyALWAYS mess up mine. Read more

Last couple times i been here in drive thru its always ? we don't have venti cups? ? we don't have whip cream? ? we don't gave... that drink? today i went inside & went for a stawberry acai with lemonade & the dragon drink . They didnt have no fruits i stillwanted it but i only got one drink which was the strawberry acai & they made an extra acai and asked if i wanted it for free ididn't i just wanted my other drink everybody that ordered after me got there drink & i still didn't get my drink it was 20minutes i just walked off .
