Runs out of product constantly, lies and serves drinks you didn't order when they run out of ingredients, slow, and service is... lacking. You'll have 6 people behind the counter but nobody will help, or even look at you. Headphones in the ear, plopped outonto the counter, serve drinks and food, no handwashing, airpod back into ear. I don't typically like coming here because one they make customers feel like a burden for wanting to sit down and have you... coffee and they really seem to prefer having no walk in patrons. They also suck when placing mobile orders or uber eats. TheyALWAYS mess up mine. Read more
This used to be my go-to Starbucks since it?s so close to me. Recently I?ve noticed the customer service quality has gone down.... Please don?t ever come to this place , their coffee taste terrible, and the wait is so so long. I ordered a venti ice brown... sugar oatmilk shaken espresso, it tasted just like regular coffee. Waste of time and money . Read more
