This is the best Starbucks location you will find in this area. After the location on Olympic Boulevard got my order wrong three... times and refused to give me a refund I walk into this location and they got the order right. They refused to take my moneybecause of the repetitive mistakes the manager made at the other location. 5 stars for quality and customer service. I will begoing to this Starbucks location from here on. Read more

Large in store location. Unfortunately, the space isn't being adequately utilized. Per employee, in store hours are... restricted and close at 1pm with only drive through access until 4pm closing. If you need internet access, the interior spaceis more than adequate, though there are no electrical outlets for charging devices and the music was WAY TOO LOUD, even withearplugs. Read more

Closed the cafe and had a small sign that your suppose to read and avoid cars. I ordered ahead and I had to wait in the drive... thru to get my order which is the exact opposite of order ahead. They needed a much better system this is very thrown togetherand overall a fail on Starbucks. Should have at least turned off mobile order I would not have wasted my time. Read more

The 1st young lady who took my order was excellent. When I had a question another young lady assisted. I asked if I ordered a... grande why is there more foam than actual coffee? She replied I made that and when it sits the cappuccino settles. I offered tobuy more coffee so my cup would have more. She said just give it back and I'll make it again. I hesitated and said again I'lljust pay for more coffee. She made me feel uncomfortable so I gave her the cup back. She made another cup and it was not likethe fist. 2 stars because of her attitude. The picture was how it was handed to me it went even lower by the time we finishedtalking. Read more
