Severely understaffed location: The baristas are great but its clearly this is a much higher up issue. This is now the second... time I?ve waited over 45 minutes for a mobile order. My most favorite coffee shop of all Starbucks is this one at National and Sepulveda Blvd. They are always busy . I stopped... here today just to get a gift card . I love the fact that the employees remember my name and make it a point for me to feel comfortable and welcomed. To use the... restroom you have to use a code. They give me the code to the woman's restroom since I am transgender. All in all it's a greatexperience every time I go here. Read more
Short Review: Great space to study. Slow in the mornings. Workers are ok. High volume. Easy Parking. Long Review: I've been... coming here for 2 years since I live near by. The space is great and is often full with people studying. In the morning itsbusy and they seem to prioritize phone orders first before the walk ups. The workers were always very very friendly when Ifirst started coming here but they've changed staff and the workers seem to be very "eh" about working there now. Read more
I came to this place on 12/01/22 at 4:10 pm to buy a cup of regular hot coffee and they told me that they don?t have it. They... asked me to wait until they brew more coffee. Those employees seemed careless of their job. How is it posible that you go to acoffee shop and they haven?t realized that they run out of hot coffee? I won?t come to this place again.
