I?m a white dude from Texas. I know my meats. I have only tried the Mandi lamb and Baba ghanouj so far, but the Mandi is as good... as any Texas barbecue I?ve ever had. It falls off the bone but isn?t so tender that it becomes mushy. The Mandi spice mix isclearly many years in the making, same can be said for the rice. Just happened to go there since it was the only Halal place open late around 10pm! Absolutely loved the food, we had the mix... Mandi lamb and Kabsa chicken. The meat was so soft and falling off the bones, I've never tasted such soft delicioys meat!! Willdefinitely be going back there. Its right next to Fashion District so be cautious at night but it seemed to be doing very wellas it was getting orders way past 10.30pm! Read more
Mandi dish is the best without a doubt, especially if it was meat. Quiet place, great food and irresistible taste. The... restaurant returns you the nostalgia for Arab and Yemeni food. It deserves 5 stars. Read more
I visited Soriana with my wife recently and had the Chicken Mandi. It was delicious and flavorful! Owner was a nice guy and made... us feel at home. Great halal dinner for 2 at a pretty good price; couldn?t have asked for more. Read more
