Been hearing some buzz about smash burger and finally tried it, the classic smash burger was pretty good. Then I went with a... group for a dine in the second time around. I tried the truffle one and it?s a bit more tasty and flavorful. So yeah, theirregular burger and a slightly more premium one do deliver in taste. If you like Shake Shack, you will enjoy this as you can feelthe premium beef they?re trying to provide. Wish the portion is bigger since it cost about $12 to $16 just for the burger alone. The fries is pretty standard but they do provide Tater tots. Service is not too bad but they do get overwhelmed with many peoplecoming over from the two major venue that are right next to them. So be prepared to wait, most food places in that area isexpensive and not worth your money other than just to experience it for once. In-n-out still gives the better value but tastewise I have to give it to Smash burger here. Read more

Horrible. Over 30 min after the promised time for the wrong food. Truffle Swiss mushroom burger, except no Swiss or mushrooms.... Plus, had to pay extra parking because they don't validate pass 2pm. Read more

My roommate was craving some burgers and this place came up. Although the restaurant is located inside a seemingly fancy hotel,... it has a very chill and inviting atmosphere. The staff is friendly and helpful and the ordering process is smooth. Now to thefood. Even though I ordered the vegetarian burger, it was juicy and extremely delicious. The sweet potato fries were alsoamazing. Three of my other family members ordered the cheeseburger and each one of them found it to be flavorful and tasty. Thelast of my family members ordered a grilled cheese which was also wonderful. Honestly amazing burgers with an amazingatmosphere. Definitely a spot worth checking out! Read more

This spot is so convenient since it's next to the convention. The staff was nice and amazing. The food, of course, was amazing.... One thing I noticed though was that the burger consistency varies the next day. First day I ate here during my stay, the burgerwas ok. It tasted great and it was juicy. The next day I ate there with the same order of the avocado burger they have was thatthe burger was crispier on the outside perimeter and was still juicy, so I enjoyed it more. I think it may have to do with adifferent cook and/or how many people are eating. In my case both days were busy. I do whole heartedly recommend this jointthough. Smashburger is always bomb! I?ve heard great things about smash burger and was excited to try this location. It disappointed. Be prepared to pay an up... charge from what I?m assuming is the location at LA Live. As you can see from the pics taken, the single burger was $11 and anorder of fries was $5. As a heads up, you can get an order of fries inside of staples center cheaper than thisplace. Additionally, the beers on tap were down to two options and shakes were no longer available at 6:15pm. For the priceand location, I would have rather gotten two bacon wrapped hot dogs from street vendors instead. Read more

This was a quick and delicious burger! The staff was helpful and the food was good. Not as many menu options as other locations,... but they made up for that with a better tasting burger. Oreo shake was ice cold for a summers warm day. Health rating on thedoor was a B, but that stands for Better. Read more
