I heard about this place after reading reviews on another tamale place. The minute my daughter brought them to the car the smell... was telling me they were good. She brought red pork, green chili and a sweet, they were really good I had her go back in for adozen. The masa is is just right not dry and the chili inside is like a mole and there a good size . Only thing is they coulduse a little bit more salt. If you don't live close by it's worth the drive , lucky me it was 20 minutes from my Doctor's and mydaughter took me. Read more

I used to live in Southern California and this is a place where I used to buy my tamales but since I moved to Modesto California... whenever my family will come and visit up north they will bring me a dozen of tamales six pork and six beef I'll tell you onething they are the best tamales I ever tasted you guys are not cheap with meat it very tasty and it is so good that I came onetime on the weekend to buy some tamales and visit the family ???? ???? The tamales are delicious. The staff is very nice and always helpful. They also do large quantities for parties or fundraising.... They also have menudo and pozole. All the orders are take-out only there is no seating in this location. Read more
Great tamales. Not the kind that is 95% masa and 5% meat in the center. Also great champurrado, menudo and chile rellenos.
