Used the Ritual app to place a order and had to wait 15 minutes longer than my provided pick up time...TWICE. Also paid for... protein ($3.50 extra) and never received it on one occasion. Also the salad makers are extremely stingy with the toppings. Askedfor grapes once and they only gave me a single grape cut in half. This may have been enough for some viking dwarf but not me, Ihave the appetite of a troll. The multi grain rolls are fire tho. Read more
The lines are usually long, but go very quickly. The have a good process down to get people in and out. The employees are... friendly. The cost is reasonable and includes as many toppings as you want. They have many lettuce and many toppings to add toyour salad. The also have many protein options. Read more
