We have not had Mexican food this authentic! All the food we ordered which we never had before were all very tasty, and leaves... you wanting even more. The ambience is unique and makes you want to stay and just enjoy the small little details of theinteriors. Will definitely come back. Read more

We went for Mexican Mother’s Day, May 10th, and as expected we waited close to an hour for a table. But when we walked it, our... server was very welcoming and attentive. What surprised me was the time it took to get our food out of the kitchen, they werefast and the food was delicious! We will definitely be returning. Read more

It was ok, I saw the barbacoa ad and wanted to try it, it was ok but was I was specting, black beans on the barbacoa plate? Meat... was good but to much sauce/wet, I remember having it in Etla Oaxaca it was moist but not super wet, also they did not know whatthe "masa" is. Read more

This place has always been right next to my house, but never tried until one day I didn’t know what to eat and decided to go.... I waited about 40 minutes, and knowing that my order was taking longer than usual, the workers gave me a free guava drink, whichwas really nice of them. I ordered the slete mares seafood soup, and the broth was great. Lots of protein. Felt a little rumbledown under though after, so not sure how fresh all the fish was. But I’d like to try other dishes here. Read more

Trash! Avoid this place at all costs. Go a few blocks down to Guelaguetza, worth the wait over eating at this disaster of a... “restaurant”. Under staffed is understatement of the year at this joint. Food was mediocre but the service was non existent. The waiters where avoiding us for some reason. We got breads with no plates so had to set it down on the dirty table. Our foodcame with 4 tortillas each but we only got two and the no shame waiter made us all lift our tortillas up in the air so she couldcount them, like we are kindergartners or something. We where dying of thirst and she never came over for over half an hour. Hadto walk up to the front to ask for a drink of water. Every time we spoke with the waiter I felt so disrespected, she was rudeand condescending. My family is from Oaxaca and we have been coming to this restaurant for over 10 years. They must have changedowners, that’s the only reasonable explanation. They gave us a flan (1) at the end so that “we wouldn’t leave upset”their own words. I can get better flans at Food 4 Less for $1.99 Read more
