Wow! I loved this place?s ?interpretation? of Dan Dan noodles, it was spicy and delicious. The Garlic Ramen was superb, the... ramen itself was fresh and chewy (in the best noodley way), I liked the broth and extra props to the melt-in-your mouth veganeggs! When trying to find any vegan options. I came upon this amazing ramen spot called Ramen Hood. I recommend the spicy ?pork?... ramen. The spice level is just right but has a bit of a kick. The ?pork? spam that they make homemade was amazing (and I?m not afan of spam). The staff is friendly and the counter is comfy to sit and eat. A must if you?re vegan and want some yummy ramen!
