Taste wise I thought it matched up to all the Japanese places in the area. Some Japanese Ramen is a little too salty but the... broth here is on point. Probably one of the best broth around. Wow! I loved this place?s ?interpretation? of Dan Dan noodles, it was spicy and delicious. The Garlic Ramen was superb, the... ramen itself was fresh and chewy (in the best noodley way), I liked the broth and extra props to the melt-in-your mouth veganeggs!
