The food is insanely good. Pricey, but they're by far, and I mean FAR, the best sandwiches I've ever had. FAR.

Just awesome food. We had both Pastrami and Caprese - both are really good. Best sandwiches in town.

Sandwich was fresh and well made. Wish it was a little larger but that doesn't change my opinion of the taste of the sandwich.

DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY OR TIME AT THE CENTURY CITY LOCATION! I went there for the first time and was excited to try their... food. I ordered their Milanese sandwich with no cheese. I repeated the "No cheese" twice at the register and saw that itreflected on the register. Couple young kids working there. The young guy named Doug is who assisted me. As I was waiting formy sandwich, he was on his cell phone the whole time. I asked him to just please double check with the chef that there is nocheese as I am highly allergic, he said "don't worry, there will be no cheese". Fast forward 20 minutes later when I'm finallyhome and open the sandwich to eat and yep, there is melted cheese. I had to trash the sandwich and go out again to reorderdinner. Completely upset, I called the store and spoke with Doug, explained to him why I was upset and would like to speak witha manager and get refunded for the least. He did not apologize and just offered a phone number to their manager, Patrick. Icalled Patrick and left a voicemail, no response, called second time still no response. I can't even understand the lack oftheir customer service. The fact that I had to worry so much they would get the order wrong and inquire then to be assured itwouldn't be and still managed to get messed up. Read more

Vegetarian sammy is delicious! Stopped in because the shop next door that I wanted to go to didn't open yet. Pleasantly... surprised by the tastiness of this sammy. I think they put cabbage thinly sliced? and it made it so deliciously crunchy. I thinki just realized that avocado and arugula are a marriage made in heaven. Read more
