I ordered a big order today for workers at home. I phoned the store three times to make sure I would receive extra butter,... honey, and hot sauce. My order came no honey, butter, hot sauce, or condiments to eat with no napkins, and my order was wrong Ispoke to Edita on the last call I explained I called to make sure, the only options I was given is to drive there and pick upand they fix order, come on another day, or contact Postmates. Honestly it was a year that I ordered from a different locationbad customer service. for some reason I thought it would be better with new place. I was offered to drive to store and pick up.I already paid popeyes delivery charge and Postmates charge. my order was $90+. Next time I will fry my own chicken and bake myown biscuits. One of the worst locations right now. I know it's new but they never have sauces not even simple ones like ketchup and there's... only ever 2 or 3 people working and slow as hell. This is probably the slowest popeyes I've been to but oh man. It looked like they don't prepare the order til all the food is... ready which mean a longer wait BUT, it also means the food isn't getting soggy or cold like most others. This was the freshestjuiciest chicken and the softest fresh buiscuts I've ever had from a popeyes and popeyes is my most favorite chain. This isgonna be my main popeyes now but only when I get a chance to wait, other wise in a rush I would recommend the others close by. Read more

This location apparently either has all new employees. It definitely is unorganised. The spicy chicken sandwich was dry, the... chicken was over cooked. I like crunchy and all but not dry crunchy. De Soto and rosco is way better. I brought my friendbecause she?s never had it and this wast Her first experience. How horrible is that!?! Read more

The workers here are so friendly. There is a wait, but let?s be real, every Popeye?s takes a while. If you want fast, go to KFC.... Chicken was fresh and hot, and the lady recommended some fun sauces to try. The restaurant was very clean. Read more

The staff is absolutely friendly and happy. It is nice to visit a location where the staff is all happy to be there. The food is... great and worth the price. Do not ve afraid to ask questions, they will answer them without judgement. This location is a littlehidden to get to, but a great location. Make sure to visit frequently, you will not regret it. There is no drive thru, but theyare quick with making the food. The app does not always have everything that the location offers, but this location does come upwith the app. Read more
