If I could give negative stars I would. I was there for a pick up and was waiting for 20 minutes. Asking for my order multiple... times. The workers were just messing around. Not professional at all. I ended up leaving without my order. Stay away. Read more

I usually enjoy Popeye's Chicken, and I still do. What I do not enjoy is going to a restaurant that advertises a certain item... and when you order said item they don't have it and they have no idea what substitutions to give. For instance if I order the $6meal that comes with a banana cream pie and there's no banana cream pie they're just going to give you the $6 meal nosubstitutions you have to pretty much fight to get a substitution. And then they substitute the substitution and don't even havethe common courtesy to tell you we substituted the substitution. I feel that fast food places are important and I feel thattheir treatment of customers is important therefore these places have decide they want to franchise should probably not and keepa tighter rain on bad management and bad customer service and actually give training on goods customer service. For instancewhen you walk up or drive up to them they should greet you hello how may I help you not stand there and stare at you like you'retrying to steal something from them. Read more

Popeye's has the best chicken ???? ???? sandwich ???? period. This location is unusual ???? has this thick plexi glass to... protect the employees and you can't talk to them only through a speaker system like in prison.. very weird ???? who are theyafraid of ? Based on the experience I had, I would NOT recommend this location. The long line at the drive thur said one thing either they... were doing something right or something was going wrong. The staff was quite boisterous. I've had to return more than once toget items that were left off my order, and on the second time, I was joined by others that had their drive thru orders messedup! The crazy thing is, the drive thru operator seemed to be one of the only employee actually focused on doing their job! Themanager was on the back line almost the entire time, but did nothing to hold any of the staff accountable and exercised nocontrol. That in my honest opinion, is the whole of the problem. Until this place is under new management, the employees seemto be the ones in charge. They have fun but little customer service. Read more

The food is good; that's why we go to Popeye's. But the service is VERY slow, way slower than any other "fast" food place. It... took more than 40.minutes to serve 5 cars. No exaggeration. And the server was sullen and unfriendly. You may like the food butyou will hate getting it. Read more

Id give this place 0 stars if I could. I ordered about $35 worth of food.. first they forget literally half of the order. Then I... open my 5 piece and 3 of the 5 pieces were really light in color on the exterior.. I didn't think much of it and bit in.COMPLETELY raw and rubber like, luckily I spit it out. Opened another piece and saw this picture below. It's a miracle placeslike this manage to stay open. This is the second Popeyes in LA where ive had absolutely disgusting food, the first time made meactually vomit. Read more

We drove across town because this was the closest... store, and when we got there, the long line at the drive said one of two things: either they were doing something very right orsomething was going very wrong. Turned out to be the latter. We went inside and were greeted by a wall of employees that seemedto be way more focused on the fun than they were on the food. The staff was quite boisterous, but they had a youthful charm thatmade it almost forgivable. Almost. Ordered a take out (offer of 9.99 for these five signature chicken combo). I will recommend you to order online and take out,... because the drive-through line is long and slow. The taste is good though. The spicy one is not spicy at all for Chinese. Read more
