It was my first time here. I waited in line and finally got to the front. When I tried to order, the cashier informed me that... they were out of macaroni and cheese. They were also out of french fries. The were out of chicken sandwiches. I tried to orderan iced tea, and guess what? They were out of iced tea. I asked for a cup of water, and all she could offer me was ice becausethere was no water! ???? Once I got my order, I asked for ranch for the chicken and honey and butter for the biscuits. They wereout of all of those! I got some BBQ sauce, which I don't normally use when I eat chicken tenders, but I didn't want drychicken. I wonder why they didn't just close shop if they were out of almost everything? Read more
I was SO UPSET I came here 20 minutes prior to closing I had my evening perfectly planned out. I was headed to work and needed... to grab a bite on the way because I had no eaten all day. I only had a few minutes on the way to work to gas up, get somechicken and hit the road. To my surprise, the staff had closed the door and wouldn't let me in after she had just let a NONblack customer inside the lobby. Mind you, this was 15 minutes before it was time to close. I should have put a time stamp onthe photo. There was a line of people still at the counter she was still taking orders. She could have let me in she just wantedto be. B****. She said "my supervisor Jose told me to close early" and when I pointed out that everyone inside was not coloredbut she closed the door on me while still assisting other people in the establishment. She argued with me and said "well I'mFilipino so what you're saying makes no sense" SERIOUSLY?! I'm not just trying to play the race card but it is what it is. Oklet's just call it a coincidence. I could see if the system was down or they were out of food but no ... not if they were stilltaking orders. I was so angry and humiliated because I had to go the entire evening without food and was so hungry at workthanks to her for closing the door 15 minutes before she was supposed to. Terrible experience. I put in a complaint online andthey responded with a "Sorry about that. Here's 5% off your next order" Gee. Thanks. Read more
This used to be my favorite Popeyes but seems that since they got rid of the old staff the food just isn't the same. Tried it... again today and so disappointed I even wasted my money there. The chicken isn't even crispy, it's just oily. The Cajun ricelooked just like regular white rice. And the gravy on the mashed potatoes was so liquidy. Then to top it all off I get home andmy order wasn't even right. I have to drive 8miles to go that Popeyes. Never again, you will do better by going to the Pizza Hutright across from it, trust me. Came in to get my 49 cent 2 piece chicken combo. Place was not bizzy yet so it was quick and sweet. I love Popeyes chicken. ... Only problem with this location is parking. Lot is not to big so I guess parking get fuller than the dining room. Read more
The cashier doesn't kind what of flavors they have. I wanted to order spicy chicken finger meal. He act me what combo number is... that. He told me that they don't make the chicken fingers spicy. I told him but on your menu up there says original or spicy.Then he got fisty with me. Then he turned around to the back asked if they sell the chicken fingers spicy. I think they shouldtrain their employees properly before they make them take orders by themselves. Read more
Busy location. The employee was nice despite me being unable to hear and order as efficiently as those around me. Also she was... nice and offered sauce which I really appreciate because I didnt get offered jam for my pancakes at mcdonalds and i know now toask ask ask but still. I got a biscuit, mac, chicken and a drink for about $13. I also chose spicy but the spice level was soweak I could hear the kids laughing at it too. The mac was in the top 3 mac?s of fast food life ive had in the past year I?dsay. The chicken was pretty good I can see why they have a line. Parking lot is small and a couple people nearly hit each other,beware. Props to the hard working employees they were so busy. Read more
Came in to get a chicken sandwich (let me just say not the first one I've had). Took my first bite and OH MY GOODNESS was it... delicious! Every part of the sandwich tasted freshly made. Have fast food restaurant experience and I can usually tell when foodhas been sitting there for a while, but not this one everything on this was super fresh! Will definitely be back again. Read more
