Reviews for Pomodoro Trattoria in Los Angeles, CA
One of the best Italian restaurants in town! Great price for the portion/location. Lots of options: pizzas, pastas and risottos... with hearty flavors! The service is exceptional even when they are so busy. Expect lines during peak hours, but definitely worththe wait!! Highly recommended!! Read more
So my mom recomended this place said it is one of her favorite secret places to eat by herself . Came for late Saturday lunch,... restaurant opens at 4 pm . Decided to go big today. Started with a green salad which was very good and a Margherita pizza. Iwould come back for the pizza alone ,very delicious. Ordered gnocchi with pesto. Tortellini with porchini mushrooms, andfettuccine scampi. All were so good , I would recomend any if you are unsure what to order. Finished with some spumoni picturebelow. Service was outstanding and will definitely return. Read more

So lucky, the place was packed when my husband and I decided last minute to come here. We thought we needed to make reservations... but thankfully, since it was about 2 or 3 hours before closing time, we only had to wait less than 20 mins for a seat. Food wasdelicious! Love their bread so much! Calamari was not fried and it was oh so good (dip the bread in the sauce!). Gosh, I'd comeback and try the rest of their menu! Read more
I liked the pescadataro which was today's special. Had mussels, clams, calamari, and lots of scallops. Kids liked the homemade... gnocchi, both vodka and Bolognese. Salads, both house and Cesar, we're fresh and tasty. The portions were generous. The breadwas warm and yummy. The servers were attentive and pleasant. Jimmy, who served us, was very patient in explaining each dish verywell. There is no parking, but it's not unusual in Westwood. Nice ambience and good wine selection. I did not get to try thedesserts, but they look good. Nice Italian in Persian area of LA. Read more
