The servers were brilliant kind and lovely .The best . Nubia was brilliant however the food was ok . The coffee came cold but... Nubia changed it .The potato wedges were cold we were to shy to say so hubby left them .My burger was ok but again not hot andchips came 10 min after not together so how could I take a pic .Something with the food wasnt on point yesterday sorry but I gotto be truthful .However again all the team was brilliant happy Read more

Couldn?t get an additional pillow. The hotel with 2500+ rooms couldn?t find a single pillow. The literally suggested we order... extra sheets and fold them up to use as pillows. Found dirty bra/panties behind sofa cushion. Upon returning at 4:30pm on daytwo, the room still had not been cleaned. They said they don?t guarantee cleaning every day. Wow. Just wow. Awesome front deskwoman switched rooms for us and told us to take our pillows with us. Bigger and nicer room. Waking up the next morning there wasno hot water - had to call maintenance. How many rooms were affected by this? Just don?t understand all these coincidences whenyou wouldn?t get these at Caesar?s itself. Read more

Went here to eat before my brother and SIL flight. We are 6 (4 adults and 2 kids), the hostess said they don?t have a seat for 6... people so they put us on a bar type table. When we get in I thought it?s full, it?s not. I asked the hostess to just connect 3tables to accomodate us, but she said they can?t because it?s their policy not to connect more than 2 tables! Crazy! The food isnot that good. The Egg Wonton Soup that we ordered is so bland. Our waitress is so nice. My son has allergy and they didseparate the sauce from the spaghetti that we ordered. Table service was great at the beginning but the young man left for the day and it went down hill from there on. Thank goodness... the young man knew about our hot tea with milk. Servings were enormous. Most of sugar products were all wet extremely hard toutilise. Wasn't the only customer with this issue. Bar was fully equipped with different types of alcohol. Unusual to havepancakes ???? with eggs ???? and bacon ???? albeit pretend bacon. Still nice to eat after long day of travel. Read more

Planet Hollywood is located in terminal B of LAX. Our server Oscar was amazing! Oscar was super friendly, polite, professional... and best of all, professional! The food was actually really good! I dropped off my partner at Tom Bradley Int airport and we got a little bit hungry so we're looking for restaurant and since... Planet Hollywood was located really close to the gate inside the building so we decided to eat here. We got the table as soon aswe arrived, I ordered chicken wings and my partner had chicken quesadilla & beer. Since the wings were coated with spicy sauceand i have a habit touching my eyes a lot so i did not want to touch them with bare hands, i asked the server a set of utensils,i was surprised they were plastic utensils which were not strong enough to handle wings. Planet Hollywood is international chainrestaurant and this one is located in prime area at LAX. The food was not cheap and beer was kinda expensive too. Why can't theyprovide proper utensils for customers who dine-in? if it was carry out order i would totally understand. Read more
