This place is not customer service friendly always. The staff sometimes don't give you washer you pay for, if a company is going... to charge you for sauces (Ranch) make sure that you place it in the bag or with the food items.... Read more
Requested half meat lovers and half supreme. I got only supreme and a lecture on how to place an order. The receipt I had even... read half meat lovers and half supreme, but that didn?t matter to the staff. They handed me the wrong pizza and I stood therewaiting for my hot wings. I had to ask if they were planning on giving me my ordered hot wings or else I am sure they wouldhave not given them to me. Reason I know this is because this location has done it in the past, and I had to get delivery driverto go back to get hot wings. I normally don?t do reviews, but this just needed to be documented! Placed an online order, was immediately called and advised that my delivery address was cut off and she wanted to verify it... with me. (I hope they get that system fixed that cuts out addresses that were fully submitted). She then said that there was acompany wide policy requiring the driver to see my photo id and credit card. I ordered this pizza for my mother who is 80 milesaway so she would not have to cook! She then asked me to text my mother a pic of my ID and credit card number. The manager justparroted over and over again that this was a requirement and there was no alternative. SO now I'm providing my personalinformation to my 80 year old mother who sends random things from her iphone to everybody everywhere these days, AND presentingit to a driver. Sounds like Pizza hut wants to protect themselves from fraud but put the customer at risk. I asked for thecontact information for the general manager and was told that I couldn't have her information and she may call me tomorrow if Ileave mine. Needless to say, I will use the other company when I order food for my mom from now on. Read more
