So Ivrwally enjoy the food here! Love the Honey sesame chicken!. I just hate this particular location. Will not come back here... EVER. Why? Ive eaten at a variety of Panda locations. This place gives the smallest portions ever! Actually surprised at howcheap this location is. Best location, Figueroa street. All im asking for is a fair portion. It was a customer who distracted the two servers one of them couldn't focus on my order because of the upset customer at the... register they almost got my order mixed up with another customer cause of distraction the quickly closed my plate she wasn'tasking me about teriyaki sauce on my chicken. She was pouring the sauce all over my chowmein and chicken. She was rushing asif she was upset. At checkout the man at the register forgot to ask me if I want any sauces. Do not come to this locationbecause it's difficult for them to handle a nice of traffic of people. Read more

They NEVER put teriyaki sauce on their teriyaki chicken or put the sauce in the bag when you have it delivered. I?ve called them... and asked so many times to please put it in the bag and they NEVER do. Order teriyaki chicken and you get plain chicken everysingle time. Read more

Man I should've trusted the reviews written here before ordering. Online delivery & I tipped the restaurant at checkout. Messed... up all 3 simple orders, missing 1 drink, & gave me a flat soda. Called to complain, no answer during open store hours. I hate togive 1-star reviews, but there isn't any other option. Read more

Poor food quality. Long line, a lot of food items normally available at other Panda Express locations are not available at this... location. I ended up deciding for honey walnut shrimp and angus steak and let me tell you both were a let down. These are 2 outof three entrees I normally get from this chain. The shrimp is dry and hard, the steak has real bad flavoring and it?s evenburnt, as if they do not take their time to ensure food quality is decent enough to serve. Despite the amount of employees atthe time of my visit, they did not meet expectations. Upper management needs to pay this location a visit and do something aboutit. This place need a lot of help from upper management. It really gets really busy and I feel so sorry to the staff who are really... trying their best to work on the orders. The line is wrapped around the store, and they have a person ordering ahead. I couldalso see they get a lot of online orders. I recommend they Staff this branch more, even the manager is already helping servefood. They are trying their hard to have the line go by fast, but I just don't like them dumping food on the plate so fast. ???? Read more

Disappointing portion size (see photo of Orange Chicken). Cashier wouldn't honor the 1 free entree from doing the survey on the... receipt because the receipt was over a month ago (5/15). I showed her another one I had from within the a month (5/30, today is6/27). She still refused to give me the 1 entree. So I paid extra for this small box of chicken. Never coming here again. Long wait, Long line, not so helpful staff, many items not available. The store is in an excellent location and obviously gets a... lot of business. I didn?t feel much valued at all as a customer. I was mostly disappointed that my bowl was not so filled.Almost every panda express experience I had the staff normally packs in the food to make the portion large. At this location Inoticed my portion was Skimp and other peoples portion also was quite skimp. I asked the employee Who prepared my bowl and sheresponded how she actually gave me extra. It looked like less not extra. All these issues can be overcome with some managementand employee training. I hope to come back for a better experience next time. Two main factors for why they could not get fivestars and only three: not a good value and slow incomplete service. *I am willing to take down my review if someone from thestore contacts me letting me know that they will improve in these areas.
