i didn't want to believe that this location was so bad based off of the other reviews but they were right. the girls behind the... counter did not provide the best service and really made the line slow and out the front door. i eventually made my way to orderand they were half paying attention to the customers and half not paying attention. the orange chicken was the only part in theplates ordered that was not cold. sadly, i did not notice until i had left the premises because the lobby and outside diningarea are both locked and closed off to the public. i will check my food before i pay if i choose to visit in the future and iwill ask for fresh food on the next order if there is one. this was very low quality compared to other panda express locations ihave been to in the past. went to this location one hour before closing with my daughter and husband , knowing that they will still have their station... full . When we got there they only had one station with only 4 entrees available and just rice and chow mien 2 of the entreesfrom there were already looking old , they told me if I wanted the other entrees I had to wait 20-25 mins .. they were alreadycleaning the other station where the other entrees were . I was so dissatisfied and disappointed that we just decided to leave. In the end I ordered it because it was too late to order anywhere so I ordered online so they maybe make an exception to makeour food but they just made adjustments. after when I picked up the order they told me if I want some free plates that weremade for a door dash order because it was never picked up . So I accepted so I can give it to someone in need? when I got homeand opened up my order I realized the changes , instead of the items I ordered it was replaced for it was replaced with Kunpao chicken (string bean & mushroom chicken)? i thought that they would make them after I ordered it online but they didn?t. Great service for a rainy day. It was busy too. Before i stepped in and even opened the door, I could smell a whiff of the... spiciness of compound chicken and the smell of teriyaki chicken. My little daughter kept saying welcome along with every otherPanda Associate. It was cute. Read more
Worst experience ever. Food is mediocre and overprice. Long wait, if your gonna make a person wait 10 minutes, don't lie and say... its gonna be 3 to 4 minutes. Just communicate honestly about the situation. I recommend visiting a mom and pop business insteadof supporting this corporate entity. Read more
