Finally a restaurant that recycles AND composts! I love the silverware and bowls that you can get your food in if you don?t want... plastic. The food offerings are a bit limited, I can see how this kind of a bowl is not for everyone, but frankly, this isprobably the healthiest lunch meal you can get in the area. Read more
It can easily be said that I could do this meal at home, however I am not going to be preparing all of these side components... freshly everyday for myself for one bowl. What makes it great are the flavors, variety, quality and selection, which changesfrom day to day, just in case you find yourself here on multiple days during the same week.
