My husband walked in and ordered takeout about half an hour ago. Everything was good right up until I found a hair in my food... mixed in with the white rice. The ABSOLUTE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE of any place I've been. They are rude, not helpful at all, very slow and the person didn't... know their menu. I ordered the chicken teriyaki bowl. The food was served hot, but it is mostly white rice. Would Not Recommendand I will not return. Read more
I am from Montana where we don?t have a selection of teriyaki. But I have been to the west coast enough times to have had... wonderful ?strip mall teriyaki served in styrofoam?. This place certainly was not up there for my taste. Yes, large portions butif it is not that good what is the point. Friendly service. Soda fountain drinks tasted flat and old. There?s a combination ofBurger King, Oushi, Boba tea and a laundry mat, yet zero bathroom. This almost feels like a health concern in of itself thatpeople can?t wash their hands. Read more
Do you like fresh ingredients? Do you like fair prices? Do you like good portion sizes? Then DONT come here! The food always,... every single time, tastes old, as though the ingredients were from the week prior. On top of that, the prices are RIDICULOUSLYoverpriced. $9.00 for 8 pieces of shrimp tempura roll, except it's 90% rice. The pictures are incredibly misleading. $8.00 for a4x4 Togo box consisting of rice, old meat, and a deluge of sauce. The only thing they give generous servings of here is thesauce, since it's needed to cover up the garbage they serve. Don't come here, save your money, you can do better. It's good if you never had Terriyaki before. I ordered the beef and chicken teriyaki with a side of shrimp Tempura. Both meats... were dry like they were sitting out in the open, the tempura tasted like old grease and they give no tempura sauce. Had toFrench it in teriyaki sauce. If your high price drunk, then go for it. If you ate sober. Nope walk away. Read more
Delicious Japanese food. I love the variety of food u can get in the orders. Its great value! I always get the plates with... salad, some tuna rolls, tempura, goyoza, rice, and ur choice of either salmon, beef, teriyaki chicken, or both beef and chicken.Me and my brothers main downside is the sushi rolls aren't the best. Their good and i love getting them with the rest of thefood in the order, but they can be just a bit better. I look forward to eating from this place again. Read more
The place is clean, there's 3 tables you can eat at. Most of people order to go. The foods nice, employees were polite. Decent... price. I like the beef & ribs. Read more
