I use to love this place but twice now I have placed online orders when it said they were open, only to show up and find out no... one is there and they are closed. The first time, I tried multiple times to call and get a refund and the guy didn?t seem likehe cared to help me at all, he said only his manager could and that I?d have to call at specific times when I am usually asleep(I work the night shift). I described my situation and asked if he could pass my order # on to his manager and he just wasn?twilling to be helpful at all. The second time this happened, when I tried to get a refund and dial the number, I couldn?t evenget a dial tone on multiple days. The food is good here if you can get it, also they raised their prices about 59% over the lastyear or so, so while it use to be a good value for what you get, the value has declined. I realize that everywhere has raisedtheir prices with inflation but for me, it is the nonexistent service that is the biggest reason that I am done with this placeand will never be back. Read more
Not my new favorite gyro place. We got a chicken gyro and lamb gyro. Neither was tasty. No spice, no garlic, no onions, no... feta. Just sorta bland. Even the hot sauce wasn't hot. Only reason we didn't give it 1 star was because the pita bread wasfresh. Read more
Came here for early dinner on a slow Wednesday after having been to the Canoga Park location, which had hit it out of the park.... The reviews of this location are good, especially for a ghost kitchen, but for some reason the chicken tasted greasier anddidn't complement the spice level of the rice as much. Don't get me wrong, definitely scratches the itch, just didn't feel likeit had the same oomph as the Canoga Park location. Read more
The falafel taste like a Hush Puppy, and the White Sauce like Tartar Sauce... Plus they forgot my Pita the last time I... ordered.. That said.. Everything was Incredibly Fresh! Even the 2 items I didn't like. The Fries are Delicious and the Mixedplatter is full of juicy soft quality meats.. and flavorful rice! And as a Hot sauce lover.. their red sauce is Perfect! It'snot too spicy, so you can add a ton.. but Super Flavorful! I should mention, the white sauce, while weird, goes Great in thePlatter! It mixes so well.. I still use a lot of it.. though I wouldn't use it as a fry dip or taste it alone. It's a niceportion to price ratio too, I have leftovers, and it taste even better the next day! I could easily see myself buying this Oncea week.. and I already have so far. Highly recommend! Oh and I almost forgot to mention you'll want a Full Pita.. it's soSoft.. and fluffy.. OMG. Trust Me! Now this place is definitely worth every dollar and might I dare to say better than Halal Guys. They are authentic and actually... have lamb gyro something they halal guys don't have. They grill their chicken every day and lamb. They make fresh falafelevery day and have a vegetarian gyro for the non meat eaters. Try their amazing wings and cheeseburger as well. It was a little difficult to find this place, but very cool once we realized that multiple establishments are connected to one... place. BUT, their food is SOOO GOOD, very flavorful and filling. Read more
Place is in a multi/shop location. Food takes a while to come out, but its pretty good. Order in advance if you can!
