This place should not be allowed to be open. The "kitchen" is next to the dumpsters and the guy running the shop told us he... didn't receive our order because his tablet wasn't charged from the night before. So, thankfully we had a confirmation emailbecause this guy was not trying to help us find our order. The employees weren't wearing masks when they were preparing the foodand I don't know if they had even washed their hands. It was as if we had shown up on their work break. After visiting the MarVista location, this ghost kitchen is a huge let down. EDIT PER OWNER RESPONSE: Thank you for your response. I referred tothis area as the kitchen because the cook was grilling chicken on that grill adjacent to the dumpsters. Read more
I came to order for take out at 3:20pm. I placed an order online and called around 10 times to ask when it would be ready over... the course of 40 minutes. They haven't answered their phone for 40 minutes and there is no where you can go in person to ask. Ihad to ask a nearby business and they said they can hear the phone ringing but "the guy" is not even there at the moment. wellhe hasn't been there which means it's closed, so why, if there's only one guy working there, couldn't they just say it's closed?So I can go somewhere else and not waste my time?
