The food was mediocre. This would have been fine if it wasn?t paired with incredibly slow service. I was there for an hour and... 20 minutes after placing the order, food still wasn?t out. After placing an order for a rice to go as soon as they brought outthe soup, the rice was still incomplete after the time it took me to eat my ramen. Take your money elsewhere. Read more

The food was okay, not the best. The noodles are fresh-ISH but the soup was not very flavorful. The instant ramen cups from... Costco have more flavor than this. The pork was very dry and bland. We ordered three bowls of ramen, each for around $17. Theramen was extremely expensive for something so disappointing. The owner took our order and continued to talk over us andsuggested things we didn't want. We waited for over 25 minutes for our food. The customers beside us arrived after we did andyet they got their food 10 minutes before us. When we asked about our food, the young waitress checked on it for us while theowner ran out the door to buy something and never bothered to acknowledge us. Not worth the trip. Not worth the wait. Not worththe price. Not worth the stars. Read more

I suggest not coming here at night if you?re expecting dining services. This is like the 4th time I came here at night and the... staff are so negligent. They?re more focused on gossiping and planning fun outside of work. When I walked in, it took them 5minutes to realize I was there. From seating to order served, I was ignored afterwards while the front staff just continued tosocialize. I noticed the patrons around me were ignored as well. Then after I completed my dish I asked for the check, it tookthem 10 minutes more left me wondering where my check is. I even had to look back what they?re doing while I hear loudchattering. As soon as they noticed my body position, they finally gave me my check. This whole entire time, they were justchattering. Out of my visits, I came to realize, there is a short female staff always here, (never got her name) that?s possiblycreating this culture and environment. I feel she may need to be coached for professionalism. I really enjoyed this restaurantsince the day it opened because I really liked the manager and food when I visit during the day. Felt nice the manager alwaysremembered my order and made me feel like family and have great conversations with her. I don?t know if she?s aware how lazy herstaff are at night. Most likely won?t come back here at night any more which that saddens me. Read more

Best ramen ever! Not watery nor they stingy with their ingredients! Enough noodles and enough everything they add into it... without extra charge whatsoever. Their sushi! Let me tell you, chuncky and not skinny. Like I said they?re not stingy with theirfood you get a really good amount to get full and satisfied! Customer service feels more then just a simple customer I feltwelcomed. Lady who helped us really cool and a chill vibe! My favorite ramen/sushi place now this my second time coming in thesame week ???? Read more

A nice small Ramen house near USC. It has decent seating inside. I got their Ramen and Takoyaki. Their Ramen was pretty good.... The broth tasted just right, flavourful but not too salty. It had a good amount of ingredients in a large bowl. I like how themeat was seared but still soft and tender to bite. The noodles were nice and chewy. It took awhile for my order to arrive, around 15 minutes. I guess they make the food from scratch once you order. My first time trying a takoyaki so I can't compareit to others. But I did enjoy how is was crunchy in the outside and gelatinous with some gooey texture in the inside. It had asmall piece of squid. Had a tasty sauce and some kind of fish flakes as toppings in the outside. The place had very simpleinterior design. Had 3 tvs with some anime showing. Their customer service was ok. They were not that chatty but would answer myquestions accordingly. They have restrooms available for customers. The parking is adequate but it can get busy with all theother shops around it. Overall, I enjoyed my dining experience and was satisfied. I wouldn't mind going back to try their otherdishes. Read more

I was driving by and noticed their sign, so I decided to drop in because I had been craving Ramen. I decided to try the Black... Ramen and was not disappointed. The broth was hot, spicy and very flavorful. The noodles, pork, egg and all other ingredientswere packed separately and once I added them to the broth, it all came together like a symphony off flavor. I would definitelyrecommend this place. The manager, Olivia, was friendly and professional and provided a pleasant conversation while I waitedfor the food. Thanks for a delicious lunch. Read more

So this place is not bad. Flavor wise, it is not as thick of a broth like other Ramen Houses' that i have been too, but for the... portion size and the price, it is pretty decent. Parking in the lot is a little tight, i had a Hummer and a Ford F150 sandwichme in my parking spot, so watch your doors! The gyoza was a little oily, i would have liked if they placed it on a cloth tosoak some of that out before bringing it to me, that would be nice. i would be back, because it is close to me. It's OK.
