The self-serve beverages area had been removed. Refills may be requested at the counter. My McRib and drink were fresh, but the... fries not so much, though the box was full. The restaurant was mostly clean considering how crowded the lobby was, and a staffmember was on duty cleaning. The staff was mostly professional though they were very busy. Read more
This past few months, they been making mistakes with my to go order. Couple mistakes, I forgive them because I work customer... service also but I have my limits. Now, I ordered again after working and very tired and tell them about their past mistakes andwanna make sure it's the right order. This one mistake is the last straw, one of my drinks is iced coffee, I thought I wasmistaken maybe my drink taste different so I keep drinking until my heart suddenly keep beating fast and I feel a bit sick. So Ilet one of family drink it and they say its coffee. I could handle a little bit of caffeine but this one, no. I called them,they don't have record of orders sadly, and they say bring the food but I throw away the drink already. The girl before monthsago was nicer, she tells me she would replace my previous order before but I decline since I'm being understanding to them. Butthe person I talk to today was not really good at customer service. Many of them needs to be trained better at customer servicefrom what I noticed, some are very rude. Like I said, I work in customer service also, whatever happens in your life, youshouldn't take it out on customers and be rude them especially if they are nice people. This is always been a great location I've been coming here since I've lived in LA as far as I know it also is one of the better... rated McDonald's throughout the corporations locations and I very much like it here other than the excessive amount of securitypresence two eating at the tables one watching. The two talking about different homeless people in LA and talking about them asless than human not a fan. Otherwise great location very consistent. Read more

Message to this McDonald's: Do you want to know how to improve? Start by training your workers right. Every time I go to that... McDonald's, something is always wrong with the order. Either something is missing, like meat on my kids Happy meal burgers andthe apple slices, or you add stuff when we specifically say not to add it. I can't be opening all the wrappers to check if yougot the order right. This is nonsense. The only reason I went to you guys is just because of the Sonic 2 Happy Meal toy. Wealways go to Chick-fil-A and they never mess up our order. Ever. Read more
Night manager is very nice and respectful and when they make a mistake he always makes up for it in a kid way. Sausage mcmuffins... are so good here and so is the cold brew. Read more
