When you think of Macdonald's You think fast food right? .... Nope! Not this spot! I am not sure what the problem is but every... time I've visited here I've spent at least 40mins time. There have been a few times , I haven't even wanted my food afterwaiting so long. I don't know what the problem is Today I had 1 couple in front of me and I still spent 40mins. ???? I mustsay tho - they've finally cleaned up the outside patio. There are less junkies and vagrants at this location now???? Overall.... The slowest service you can ask for and even then they still get the order wrong. Fire all those slow people and hire new... people. Fast food service.. not here. Read more

Rude employee every time I go there in the mornings there?s always this old lady, I know is not easy to work in a fast food... place but that doesn?t justify how to treat your customers, last time I went I ordered 12 sandwiches, I got my sandwiches I andask for ketchup and hot sauce, but I only received 2 mild sauce and I friendly asked for some more and the only thing I get isan awful attitude she responded back with -that?s all I have. Such a Rude.... Rude.... Disrespectful Staff... I go to many McDonald's, and I have seen different type of customer service, but... I never came across such a disrespectful workers. It was around 6:30 AM when I came to order something to eat. You can't hearthe speaker, the screen shows the menu is crushed... However, when I came to the window to pick up the food, the two workers"Two Hispanic Ladies" we're sooo Rude and had a Disrespectful way to to talk to the customers, including me. For a Moment I wantto just leave the food there and drive, although I Paid. Now McDonald's you are making this Huuuggeee money, at least teach youremployees what we call it..... A Good Customer Service... Oh by the way, try to spend some money and change that Crushed FoodScreen and the speaker... I just had the worst experience at McDonal?s today. Saw a new menu and decided give it a try. Came home to find out my spicy... crispy chicken is missing everything inside. How does this even happen while making food, that is as simple as this? Basicallyhad to just throw it away and the fact that I wasted 5 bucks pisses me off. Today, December 2, 2022, I went to this restaurant and there was a lot of movement and even with so much movement I was very... well attended and I go to many restaurants in the chain I asked for the password to the bathroom and it was very clean (that wasreally amazing ) you are to be congratulated and many thanks to the employees who were at the till for being so sweet andcordial to me today success.
