I have to verify that I was not over charged for my order. The fish filet was more expensive than previously, and considerably... smaller than they used to be. Also the employee who took my order could not answer what I would think essential info for anyemployee taking orders, accepting payment and making change. I'm a regular who gets a delivery To save time. I understand it could be busy I've worked 8 years of McDonald myself From high... school Through college. flipping burgers to department manager. I usually don't have a problem with the Quality. But of late Theconsistent of errors in orders or blatantly just missing food all together It's becoming all too regular. today I ordered 2meals For us. Everything was great except missing a large Carma frappe. No biggie at this point I become familiar With the appI was using and talking with the agents to either have credit for what was missing Or have what was missing re delivered. So theagent had the drink re delivered, This time There is no way I would get a missing drink because that's all that was coming,right. Well upon receiving my drink I laughed, As the sticker reads Carma frappe, But what I received was a very very poorlymade latte You could see 3 layers of coloration As it wasn't even mixed Properly. I've been in this McDonald's more than enoughtimes in recent months and of this week, Not once outside of the pandemic have I ever seen them short of staff. They are indeedbusy but they also have more people Is working on the floor, Then your typical McDonald's. Your staff is nice pleasantatmosphere great Though. Read more
Starting to taste alot like old sad cold cafeteria food. Never fails, food always taste like the patties and fries have been... sitting for a while. Chewy and cold food. Breakfast is the only time the food is good and fresh. Read more
Thursday October 6th.. about 9:00 to 9:40 pm. The dark haired lady ignored me and kept walking away. I asked her if she could... help me and she walked away. A man walked in and she helped him. I waited. When she was done she walked to the back again. Thenshe came out and helped another gentleman who walked in w/ a cple of young children. Both men saw her blatant disrespect for myneeds. I'm not sure if it was because I was a women. But she was definitely tring to ignore me! I got angry and asked her whyshe will not help me.. she acted as if she didn't here me. They were out of Diet Coke when I went through the drive-thru, but I was amazingly surprised that they were friendly,... respectful, helpful, and smiling. Great customer service. The other McDonald's should should learn from this location. Reallychanged my day for the better. Read more

Customer service varies. I?ve only use drive-thru. Food is always good. For the most part orders are correct. Sometimes... employees are give extra sauces when asked while others hoard their supplies. Definitely seen giant rats running around thedrive thru/parking lot. Usually after sunset there will be at least one homeless man asking for money. Read more
It's Macdonalds so there isn't any worry about the food tasting good. It's genetically engineered that way. Plus you can't blame... them for the atmosphere that is the world's fault. So I will say the service was fantastic. Fast, polite and Mctacular!!! Read more
