Horrible customer service. The women working there give you attitude and make stank faces. If you don?t like your job look for a... new one. Fast food is about customer services and interacting with your customers. Looks like they just hire anyone tbh. Read more

I like to go to this location because they are 24 hours but most of the employees here are rude???? I worked fast food for 12... years straight and I never showed the customers that I was annoyed, mad, sad didnt like my job. Nothing! I was always nice andshowed respect, always smiled and said thank you and have a nice day. The employees here really don't care!! They show that theyare annoyed just being there. When I come here they make us feel like we are bothering them, throwing bags and hitting bags withfood in them, not saying hello or thank you or your welcome, no have a nice day/night nothing. Even when they act like that Istill show respect because that's the type of person I am..please change your attitudes. Read more
I like there is a McDonald?s near a hotel BUT WHEN I SAID CHICKEN SANDWICH PLAIN THEY GAVE ME A MCCHICKEN INSTEAD OF A CRISPY... Some of these workers have attitude. They'll kinda brush you off or straight up ignore you. There was one however, that was... attentive. This McDonald's was right across from my hotel so it was very convenient. Read more
Things they may be proud of here: always 7-10 cars waiting in the drive thru cue with barely any movement. 2:30 AM: still 5-7... cars waiting, I'm the 4th...not even close enough to order....definitely no movement or even an indication of pendingmovement. Estimated wait time: 30-45 minutes. Glad I left. Don't go here!! Read more
