This McDonald's is pretty busy in the mornings. The workers are doing their best, but I think they are understaffed. Whether you... go inside or wait in the drive thru line, it can take between 15 or 20 minutes to get your food. So it's not quick and if youare running late for work, don't stop their to grab something quick... it's not happening. I have gone to Jack in the Boxacross the street for faster service. It may not be exactly what I was craving, but it resolved my hunger pings. Read more
I keep trying with this location because my 30 minute lunch break and shakey California economic times forces me to be frugal at... work. The first time I asked for no onions and it still gave me onions despite that it?s a bloating food item and not good toeat onions at work. I called and complained, but got no where. I then went today and it must be coincidence, but every time Iuse my rewards, I get awful food. Today I ordered a spicy chicken with free medium fries and drink. I literally got so disgustedthat my food was just uneatable. My fries were brown and soggy, my sandwich was completely burnt with a burnt taste my bread wasalso burnt on the inside. The lettuce was brown and tasted old. I tried to eat because of my time frame for lunch, but I couldnot bite into the sandwich anymore because part of it was so burned, I couldn?t get the piece chewed through. I?m done. I can?tlet this happen. If I?m going to be with future health problems from eating fast food at least the quality should be great!Sheesh! Read more
Prices have changed but the menu reflects the old price. ie: drinks say $1. on the menu, I was charged $1.79. I?ve mentioned... this to the mgr several times. No change on the menu. What about truth in advertising?!!! Also, lately the food arrives cold. Read more
If you like HAIR in your McFlurry this the McDonald's for you if you like cold brew coffee or cold coffee and they don't know... what you're talking about this is the McDonald's for you. The only part they got right was the french fries fortunately, theydid that right so if you only like fries this the place for you I'm not coming back to pay eight dollars for fries. I like goodfood. I spent eight dollars for fries because the rest of the food was shot HAIR in McFlurry and the cup was handed to me allsticky, and the coffee was the wrong size I had to throw away half of it. The fries were cold and the nuggets were hard. Drive thru was pretty slow and my sweet tea was super thick and way to sweet. But... my burger was good so they don't get one star! Read more
All good, the new touch screen self order kiosk are available at this location. The order process is way to slow, after we did... ordered via the kiosk, we got the order confirmation on the monitor screen, but it took 4.5 minutes for an actual person toserve us 2 ice cream cones.The place is decent decorated, location decent, the restrooms not so clean. I love how they get my Uber eat order right sometimes but recently they are doing it right !
